Code of Ethics
Recruiting consultants employed by Staff IT Enterprises are required to abide by the following Code of Ethics.
These standards reflect the company's dedication to maintaining the highest quality service. The guidelines set forth in the Staff IT Enterprises Code of Ethics, far exceed legal requirements and industry standards. All searches are conducted in a highly professional manner with promptness, completeness, and thoroughness; and without regard to age, race, religion, marital status, gender, or pregnancy.
Employers will be provided with a selection of the best suited candidates, including those currently employed by competitors and who most closely meet the position requirements. A Recruiting Consultant will act in the highest ethical and moral manner, maintaining integrity and honesty and will not recruit from any company that is a current client employer, i.e. one that we have placed within the past 3 years. A Recruiting Consultant will never recruit a candidate placed by Staff IT Enterprises while the individual is employed at that client company.
Reference checks must be done on any candidate being referred for a second time, whether the employer client requires the check or not. The written reference check report will be issued to the client, with an accurate transmission of all information gathered, both positive and negative. Candidates will be interviewed by extensive, multiple telephone contacts or personally wherever possible. Confidentiality will be maintained by the Recruiting Consultant in dealing with both employers and candidates. Employers and candidates will be treated with courtesy and respect. Candidates presented to client companies by other placement firms will not be denigrated By Staff IT Enterprises Consultants.
